Pricing

$185 for a 8×10” painting on watercolor paper. Please inquire for pricing and availability on custom or smaller sizes.

Payment

I take a minimum 50% deposit upfront. The remaining 50% (plus any additional shipping fees if applicable) is due once the painting is complete, approved, and ready to ship or pickup. Payments can be made through Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

Timeline

Turnaround time for the completed painting is 2-3 weeks once deposit and reference photos are received. Please note that holidays may affect this schedule, but a more precise deadline will be provided upon contacting the artist.

Reference Photos

Please send me images of the house. Having clear, high quality photos during the daytime and from a few different angles helps a lot. If you have any special requests for the painting (e.g. time of day, season, sentimental details, etc.), feel free to let me know as I hope to create a painting that you’ll love and treasure!

Shipping

Pickup is available locally. Shipping options are available at an extra cost if needed, more information will be provided upon contacting the artist.
